James Price is Manager of Freedom Solar Energy LLC is an Energy Star Home Performance Contracting company, certified and accredited by the Building Performance Institute. They test and evaluate individual homes for energy efficiency, provide an evaluation report, then make recommendations for improving the homes comfort, safety and energy efficiency based on our testing and evaluation report. Then make the improvements to the heating & cooling system, air seal and insulate the home, in addition we can install solar thermal or solar electric systems to reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign fuel supplies.

Paul has served on the Electric Power Research Institute’s Demand Side Management Advisory Committee, the Cooperative Research Network’s Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Advisory Group, the Board of the California Utility Energy Forum, and the Colorado GeoPowering the West state wide working group. He is an International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) certified geoexchange trainer and serves on the IGSHPA Training Committee.
Paul Outram is Vice President & General Manager of SunEarth Inc. SunEarth is the largest manufacturer of hot water collectors in the USA and has been manufacturing solar thermal collectors in California since 1978. Prior to joining SunEarth, he worked for InSynergy in Honolulu, designing mechanical systems for energy efficient buildings and LEED projects.
