John Beldock is the CTO of EcoBroker International and the Executive Director of the Association of Energy and Environmental Real Estate Professionals (AEEREP). Currently, he teaches EcoBroker’s award-winning real estate continuing education courses to licensed real estate professionals worldwide. He is the former director of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Environmental Analysis Program in the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Prior to starting EcoBroker, John founded an energy and environmental consulting practice in Colorado in 1992, serving both public and private sector clients. He is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Colorado.
Peter Buttrick joined HomeServe USA in August of 2008 as Vice President of Business Development. He held several positions until his appointment to Chief Business Development in March 2011. Peter has overall responsibility for affinity partner business development throughout North America. He brings with him over 25 years of business development experience, with 20 years focusing on utility companies that have affinity marketing programs. Prior to joining Home Service, Peter operated Buttrick Consulting where he advised leading electric and gas utilities, utility trade associations and financial institutions.
Wally Conway, President of Home Pro Inspections, is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, retired Navy Pilot, licensed contractor, and ASHI certified home inspector in Jacksonville, FL. He has performed over 5,000 home and building inspections as well numerous energy audits and infrared evaluations. As a media-active educator, Wally is a regularly featured expert on the HGTV hit series “House Detectives,” is co-host of the television series “Finders-Fixers,” created and hosts “My Buddy’s Boat” and is co-host of “The Home and Garden Show” radio show heard on WOKV every Saturday. Passionate and ever-eager to share an idea, Wally also speaks regularly across North America. When not speaking in front of a live audience, Wally writes routinely and recently authored the book “Secrets of the Happy Home Inspector.”
Benjamin Gromicko is InterNACHI’s director of education and NACHI.TV’s executive producer. Ben manages course development, administration, assessment, and continuous growth of InterNACHI’s online courses, live classes, and training videos. He believes that over 15,000 Certified Professional Inspectors® educating homeowners about home energy performance can create good jobs and help homeowners save money by saving energy.
Vince Kerr is co-owner of Synergy Foam, an insulation company in Jacksonville, FL. With over 15 years’ experience in spray foam type applications and 5 years extensive experience in the spray foam insulation industry. He is Synergy Foam’s “go to” guy for all technical and safety related issues regarding spray foam insulation. In addition to his Certified Foam Insulator status, Vince is licensed to cast polymers and is an Energy Smart Contractor. Vince makes sure that all safety guidelines are adhered to and makes sure that every job is treated as if he were doing his own home. Paul Kriescher is a Principal of Lightly Treading Incorporated Energy & Design, a Colorado based company formed in 1997 that works to better the energy efficiency, safety, environmental impact and comfort of homes and small commercial buildings. As a part of his work, Paul and his staff perform energy audits, ratings and design consulting and engineering to identify energy-saving measures in new and existing buildings. He has served on the board of the Colorado Renewable Energy Society and is currently on the Habitat for Humanity for Metro Denver’s Plan Review committee, the Advisory Board of the Colorado Earth Expo and the Denver Home Builders Association’s Energy and Environmental Affairs committee, and is the current chairman of the Energy Efficiency Business Coalition.
