PowerSaver Loan Program Now Available!

The PowerSaver Loan Program is brought to you by Sun West and EGIA. This program, available through pre-screened EGIA GEOSmart Authorized Contractors, offers eligible homeowners competitive interest rate loans for up to 15 years for qualified whole house improvements and up to 20 years for renewable energy improvements. There is no cost to the contractor to offer these loans at below-market interest rate. Program highlights include:

• FHA/HUD backed financing program
• Below market interest rates
• Loan amounts to $25,000
• 15 and 20 year terms
• LTV/CLTV up to 100% of property value
• Minimum Credit Score 660 FICO
• External "drive-by" appraisals only
• Owner-occupied, Single family homes and HUD approved condos are eligible
• Approved products include Solar, HVAC, Geothermal, Windows, Doors, Insulation and Water Heaters
