GEOSmart Financing

Flex Loan Program

Access multiple programs with one call including installment payments, same-as-cash options, no equity 2nd mortgages as well as programs for credit challenged customers. This program does require proof of income for all transactions, however, the lender collects the documents. This is a great option for contractors who need a variety of solutions in one place.

PowerSaver Loan Program

This federally backed loan program features no contractor loan fees and allows contractors to offer below market 2nd mortgage interest rates to customers installing renewable and energy efficiency home improvements.

All installer loan fees are waived as a part of the PowerSaver Loan Program.

  • 2 Years In Business
  • $50,000 net worth or $100,000 annual sales

Installment+ Loan Program

This program features a revolutionary paperless application process and allows contractors to offer low monthly payments, no interest / no payment programs, special promotions designed to carry rebates or tax credits, and more.

Program Highlights

  • Unsecured installment loans to $40,000
  • Fixed APR promotions from 0% to 11.99%
  • 24 month interest only options that re-amortize automatically after 24 months (after the homeowner applies the tax credits and rebates)
