Getting Quality Leads from Your Website

Home Performance can be complicated to explain, but an effective website CAN produce the leads you are looking for. Discover ways to improve your website by presenting key ideas, convincing the customer to take action now and simplifying the technical details of the Home Performance process.

You will learn what to say on your website and how to say it. We'll share tips and samples that you can use, and have discussions with contractors who have experience going through the website design process. As follow up you will receive handout materials to help get you started with improving your website.

Who should attend? Anyone who is involved in selling products, services, or solutions to homeowners would benefit from attending this Leadership Academy Web Exchange. The content is based on proven consultative selling concepts, skills, techniques, and tools applied specifically to the in-home and selling process and is particularly appropriate for those promoting energy audits and the resulting opportunities to impact a home's performance, appearance, energy efficiency, and environmental impact. The presentations, discussions, exercises, and application tools are designed to support those who, although not professional sales people, repeatedly find themselves in a selling role and will also benefit professional sales people and sales managers regardless of their experience levels.

She works in support of multiple Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Programs as well as additional residential energy efficiency programs. Her desire to help contractors with their marketing and sales skills has led to the development of multiple webinars combining extensive research and her own experience. Caitlin has worked closely with contractors in Maryland on customer messaging and other ways to increase quality leads. Before becoming an Account Manager at ICF, Caitlin attended the University of Delaware and held various internships including work at the University of Delaware's Center for Energy and Environmental Policy and NYSERDA.
