Jim is responsible for development and implementation of the Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency Program. Jim started with Nicor Gas in 2002 as the Compliance Manager and more recently the General Manager of Environmental Health and Safety with responsibilities for all environmental, code compliance, pipeline safety and sustainability initiatives. Jim has served on the Illinois State-wide Climate Change Task Force, and has held leadership roles and participated on various American Gas Association committees. Currently, Jim is the Chair of the Chicago Wilderness Corporate Council where he has served for four years, prior to that four years as the Corporate Council Vice-chair.

Paul develops strategy and leads multiple business teams for Sears while pursuing leadership in sustainability, governance, and energy efficiency for the company and its customers. He is responsible for optimizing strategic partnerships across the energy industry with utilities, program administrators, regulators, and government. In addition, he identifies options to engage/educate Sears' customer base across millions of touch points with respect to energy efficient programs, products, and services. Barry Henck has been with Central Hudson Gas & Electric since 2004, working in communications, web development and marketing. As Marketing Specialist, he handles marketing for commercial and residential energy efficiency programs and speaks to all customer segments. He has given presentations for the Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP), Chartwell and the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP).

Amy Shearer is the Marketing Account Manager at Fluid Market Strategies in charge of managing the Smart Water Heat project's marketing efforts. Amy develops strategic marketing plans and drives the development of effective collateral for the education and promotion of energy-efficient products including heat pump water heaters.
Her background includes a degree in Marketing from Portland State University, program management for web and event marketing, creative services, CRM/database services, and research and analysis. This depth of experience enables Amy to effectively manage both execution and results of complex marketing strategies.
Alexis Allan, Marketing Specialist, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance

Alexis Allan is the Group Products Manager for NEEA. In this role, she works with utilities and manufacturers to accelerate the adoption of energy efficient homes and consumer products.
Her background includes a degree in political science from the University of Oregon, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Hatfield School of Government at Portland State. She spent the first part of her career working in both the not-for-profit and government sectors to design, manage, and implement sustainability plans for over 300 businesses, with an emphasis on waste prevention and recycling.
